Funds & Payments- All DollarDays International items are priced in United States Dollars (USD). DollarDays International accepts from United States of America (excluding USA territories), American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards. DollarDays International also accepts prepaid orders with checks, e-checks, wire transfers and money orders drawn on a USA bank and payable in U.S. currency.
DollarDays International reserves the right to require additional information prior to processing any order. Failure to provide requested information in a suitable and timely fashion will result in a delay of order processing and possible order cancellation.

How we handle the collection and payment of taxes.

Sales Tax Information- Persons or Companies engaged in the business of service, repair, or retail are eligible for reseller certification. As such you may be entitled to notification of special offerings and a tax exempt status.
You may be required to transmit a copy of your State's sales or use tax permit and a signed statement attesting to the nature of your business to DollarDays International, Inc.
It is the policy of the company to charge applicable sales tax if retailers do not supply the appropriate reseller tax identification certificate as required. The company is not responsible for additional tariffs, duties or any form of taxation that apply to items shipped to other states or outside the United States, unless or until governmental policy is established requiring Internet sales to collect applicable sales tax on a state by state basis.

What it means when we process an order.

Order Acceptance- The receipt of an e-mail confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or as a confirmation of an offer to sell. DollarDays International reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity of any item on an order. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
DollarDays International reserves the right to eliminate products for sale at any time on the site www.DollarDays.com. DollarDays International will use all reasonable best efforts to ensure that all products listed are available. Should a product or products become sold out or unavailable for any reason, prior to removal from the website, neither DollarDays International nor any of its directors, officers, employees or other representatives will be held liable for damages, replacement or losses as a result of this occurrence.
Receiving confirmation of an order, either electronically or otherwise, does not signify DollarDays International's acceptance of the order nor does it affirm confirmation of DollarDays International, Inc.'s offer to sell products to you. This outlines why and how we will adjust or cancel an order(if needed).

Order Adjustment and Cancellation DollarDays International cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been processed. Should you require the modification of an address (missing suite number, transposed street number etc.) please contact Customer Service immediately (within 24 hours of order transmission) at service@DollarDays.com or by phone at 877-VERYLOW (837-9569). Should you require a complete change of "Ship To" information you will be required to cancel your order and re-enter it. DollarDays International reserves the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses without prior payment in full.
DollarDays International can not accept Post Office Box addresses for shipment. We can only ship to physical street addresses. Shipping addresses must comply with commercial delivery standards used by all majors carriers, such as UPS, USPS, Federal Express, Airborne Express and DHL.
In the event you desire to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of order placement. Email service@DollarDays.com or call 877-VERYLOW (837-9569). Please provide the Order number and reason. If you desire to cancel an order after the 24 hour period, it is probable that the order will have been processed. If the shipment can be canceled, we will cancel the order. If not, the return policy will be in effect with return shipping charges applicable.

How we ship your wonderful products.

Shipping Methods & Options It is conceivable products will be shipped from multiple shipping points, therefore shipping costs may vary. Unless otherwise noted, shipping and handling will be added to the cost of the order.
Please call 877-VERYLOW (837-9569) or 480-922-8155 for shipping destinations outside the United States of America. DollarDays is unable to provide HS codes for shipments being exported. We cannot ship perishable or refrigerated goods outside the United States of America.
Shipping is only 18% on most products on orders over $100 to the 48 contiguous states. S&H is $19.95 on all orders under $100 to these states. Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii is 45%. Shipping to all countries outside the USA will be directed through Bongo International. All orders shipped outside the USA must be at least $100. Additional Freight charges may apply on heavy or bulky products.

How quick our team gets your products to you.

Delivery Times and Requirements Upon receipt of an order DollarDays International processes the order within 48 hours. 80% of our deliveries arrive within 14 business days. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent to you when your products leave the warehouses. DollarDays International in all cases tries to expedite all orders in a timely fashion. Multiple shipping points, backordered product and availability of the product(s) are considerations impacting delivery time. If you order several different products at once they may come from multiple shipping points and may arrive on different days.
Some products (such as pallets over 500 lbs.) may require shipping via common carrier. Delivery time for orders exceeding 500 lbs. may take longer to ship. The DollarDays International traffic department will contact you as to the actual ship time and coordinate the arrival of the shipment with you.
Customers shall be advised as to backordered products or out of stock products which may no longer be available.

What happens when products are out of stock.

Backordered and Discontinued Products- You will be notified immediately of any product that may be backordered. If the product you ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available from the supplier, we will contact you to offer a substitute product: or, if you choose, you may cancel your original order. Covers how we process returns and any cost involved.

Return Policy- Although DollarDays International has the highest ranking of consumer satisfaction (and we work very, very hard to earn that), everything does not always go according to plan. We know that... sometimes orders are short shipped... sometimes merchandise is broken... sometimes the wrong product is sent. When that happens, we have the following returns policy. Please read carefully as it is strictly enforced.
DollarDays International guarantees full credit for product only or, if available, replacement for all defective items. You may return a defective product up to 14 days after you receive it. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 14 DAYS. Case lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all individual items unopened. No partial returns will be accepted. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by DollarDays International to be returned to DollarDays International shall be at the customer's expense. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which is good for 14 days. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. This policy is strictly enforced.
"Closeout Corner" area products purchased are "final sales" and can not be returned.
Due to safety reasons, food shall not / will not be returned for any reason. All food sales are final.
PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with Federal Health Codes, all intimate apparel, underwear, swimwear, adult novelties, adult toys, and marital aids are not returnable. The only exceptions are manufacturer's defects.

Adult toys and marital aids are sold as novelty items only. Seller will not accept returns or exchanges on novelty items in our sexual wellness categories. This policy is upheld for the protection of all our customers and assurance that the merchandise selected is new and unused at the time of delivery.

The liability of DollarDays International for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or at our option, repair or replacement of the product(s). DollarDays International shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
If you decide to return undamaged or non-defective products, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee. All orders shipped via UPS will be subject to UPS Intercept fees, including but not limited to address corrections and/or undeliverable shipments.
An order of customized garments or items that has been screen printed or embroidered cannot be returned because we cannot return the items to our wholesale distributors. If your final product arrives and you believe it is different than what you signed off on, please contact your sales representative immediately. We will review the complete order with an internal investigation and determine if your instance qualifies for an order reproduction.

What is msrp pricing and how is it used.

MSRP Pricing- The term MSRP is a traditional way of understanding the suggested selling price of a product in a regular retail store. MSRP is a selling guideline established by DollarDays. Customers may resell DollarDays products at any price.

What happens with typographical errors and other mistakes.

Typographical Errors- The company is not responsible for typographical error or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography or application. In the event of a pricing error you will be contacted via e-mail, facsimile or USPS Mail with the corrected pricing information.
Deposits for pre-order merchandise is non refundable,DollarDays is making financial commitments to secure these goods for our customers. In the event of damaged goods, incorrect shipments occur arrangements and credits will be issued ad appropriate. In the event that product that does not get delivered due to uncontrollable event force majeure.
